Best restaurant in Sharon Springs, New York (NY) 2024

We were staying at The Nash, but had 4 other locals say 204 Main was the best food in the area. They aren't wrong. Had dinner both nights we were in town and booked a third night so we could try more of the menu. The bartender Emily made delicious beverages, the clean, warm, interesting decor was welcoming, the service was friendly and excellent. Local ingredients, nice variety on a small, exquisite menu, well priced. Also good wine list that's very reasonable. Start with the Gnudi - pillows of perfection over an heirloom tomato deliciousness. The short rib and schnitzel were our favs. Norm is a creative wonder in the kitchen! HIGHLY recommend for an evening of delicious things where you can hear each other talk. Make a reservation for sure! ~Laura
