Best bank in Troy, New York (NY) 2024

The ATM never works properly. It is frequently out of money. There is only one ATM for the whole big building for busy downtown troy. I frequent this location often as it is the closest to my house and the fees are outrageous if I use other Banks. Today as I was walking up I greeted the security guard who's normally outside the building which was closed at 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, the man in front of me asked me if I was there to use the ATM which I replied yes. He said he's there to service the ATM and it will take about 20 minutes to an hour I asked if I could possibly use the ATM prior to him servicing the ATM to which he replied no he said he came from Brooklyn to service the machine and that he can't wait. Great service. I pay to use the services and I can't use them that's ridiculous the man didn't even start his job yet.
