Do not ship anything from here if you want it to actually leave the store. Brought 2 speakers in to get shipped. They sat there for 2 days before the kid decided to ship them. Only 1 has now been missing for 9 days. Not sure how you lose a 90lbs speaker that cost over $1,400. Not to mention the one that did arrive Did not even get shipped from the store until the date it was suppose to arrive. Try to call the store to find out what's going on. Nobody ever answers the phone. ~Ryan

Store is usually a total mess. The shelves are half empty, yet carts full of stock sit in the aisles for days. I've had to rip open a box myself to get a roll of toilet paper. The staff is mostly pleasant, but seem a bit... what's a nice word for useless? The manager who screams hello (literally) when you walk in is a little more helpful. If you can, go to a different one. ~Paige
