Ordered two photo enlargements online. When I picked them up, the pics were screwed up. Walgreens associate DANIELLE took the time to redo them for me, helping me navigate their photo machine with my uncooperative phone. I grew impatient and frustrated; DANIELLE was patient and kind. She even refunded what I paid for the pics that got screwed up...though it may have been my fault to begin with... Nicely done! ~James

This is a pretty good ShopRite, but it seems to have gone downhill this year. The store was remodeled a few years ago and looks great inside. It’s clean for the most part and carries a large selection. The produce dept is good, with a wide selection of fresh foods. The seafood dept is good, the fish looks fresh with a wide variety. Meat dept has a large selection of fresh meats. The bakery dept is also good with a wide selection of cakes, cookies, muffins and other baked goods. The deli and prepared foods depts are great with a large selection of foods. I bought a chicken sandwich here and it was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Like all supermarkets, check expiration dates on what you’re buying. I have seen expired items on the shelves so definitely make sure to check the dates. Also, while most of the store is clean, the dairy cases are filthy in a few sections. There’s visible dirt and mold on the shelves were the yogurts and cheeses are, that area definitely needs cleaning. Also, the outside of the store is very messy with litter scattered around near the side of the store and loading docks. I’m not a big fan of the parking garage either, especially when it gets crowded on weekends. This location seems to have gone downhill this year under the current management, especially since Newburgh closed, there are more issues now than there were in the past. It’s unfortunate because the store is very nice inside, the staff are friendly, and there’s a huge selection many different products. Overall a pretty good, nicer ShopRite that could be managed a bit better than it currently is. ~Martin
