I am not the type of person to leave a review in herbal especially a bad one. Today was the 4th time I have dealt with the same rude employee over asking for ice cream. She made me feel like it was a big deal and out of her way to make the ice cream orders. Each time I went it was not crowded so it wasn’t like I was holding up a line. She has rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed each day I had to deal with her.The employee’s name is Claire so do what you want with that information. ~Cassie

It wasn’t that bad , until the lady with all the tattoos was nasty to me just for ordering my muffin . Super attitude . Even told me to move away from her window . She’s bad for business ~T
