Had this issue happen twice within the last year. Employees are telling customers they are required to provide an email address in order to get a receipt for their purchase. And if no email address is provided, they will be unable to return their purchase. You can't deny someone a receipt for their purchase if they do not wish to provide an email address. It should be a choice, not a demand. In my case, a manager was summoned both times and promptly provided me with a paper receipt no questions asked. ~Joe

Some of my best shoes were purchased at the Finish Line. They know the store, they know the trends and their answers make sense. I know that they don’t have it all and I can find what I like but can’t find my size. But overall they are great. I recommend The Finish Line. ~Tarim

I was highly disappointed with the service at this location. I was with my 4 year old grandson. Kids Foot Locker did not have his shoe size. So, I was directed to the other store. I am not sure what happened, but the shoe salesman went to the back to get the shoe we chose. He disappeared and time went by. My grandson became antsy so we left without ever seeing the salesman. I will not return to this store. ~Mary
