Best appliance store in White Plains, New York (NY) 2024

On May 7, 2022 I visited Prisco Appliance store in Greenburgh (White Plains, NY) to purchase a specific size refrigerator, which had to fit into a custom cabinet in my kitchen. From my first phone call to my in-store visit, I was extremely satisfied with the quality customer service, the reasonable price and the valuable purchase tips I received from Mario. My refrigerator was delivered on the date it was promised, with no dings, dents or defects. The delivery person was courteous and very professional. He even switched the door from right to left when I forgot to indicate which direction, I wanted it. After going to Home Depot and other retail stores before making this purchase, what makes Prisco stand out is their outstanding one-on-one customer service. I love my new Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator. Two months after purchase it works beautifully. It’s very quiet, cold, easy to clean, and I have no complaints. ~Annett
