Best bank in White Plains, New York (NY) 2024

Horrible branch. Walked in and no tellers. One woman in a cubicle with another customer tells me she's in the bathroom. I'm like really, well maybe someone needs to dole out for a second teller. The teller finally strolls out like she's walking into her living room and then proceeds to tell me she can't replace my bank check from another branch, which was a total lie. Shut it down - customer service is non existent here. ~Annette
