Had the worst experience with the individual known as Dolly. Totally unprofessional and beyond rude! I would not recommend this establishment for anyone looking to send money! ~Erfan

Most dishonest and rude Western Union ever! I went to this location on July 4th to send 375$ to my home country. Although I was greeted unpleasantly by the only staff (an Indian, Bangladeshi or Pakistani lady, I never doubted that I could be dealt dishonestly. I asked to send the money, gave my phone number and handed over the money. After signing papers and all done, I was surprised to see USD to BTN was only 65.23. I still did not doubt anything fishy since business in USA are regulated strictly and such practices aren’t likely. I returned to the same the next day on July 5th and asked the rate, the same lady was there and she answered it is 67.78. I checked the rate for July 4th on western union website and it said the rate was 68.87. I couldn’t believe how she was able to manipulate the rate based on her mood. How can such establishment still be in the business after many people complaining this kind of dishonesty? Who responsible to monitor and enforce uniform regulations?
