BEWARE! Dropped off my $950 trade-in phone at this store's FEDEX center, and it was STOLEN! DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS FEDEX TO DROP OFF TRADE-IN PHONES. APPARENTLY, THEY KNOW THE PHONES ARE VALUABLE AND STEAL THEM! DO FEDEX BUSINESS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I ASK THAT THE STORE MANAGER CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE STEALING OF CUSTOMER PHONES AT THIS STORE! I KNOW MY PHONE WAS NOT THE FIRST OR LAST PHONE DROPPED OFF AT THIS LOCATION AND STOLEN!
