Best pharmacy in Yonkers, New York (NY) 2024

Reviews are most probably written for exceptional good service or a complaint. This review is for the later. I walked in around 5:30 of this business to a store completely empty of customers. I approached the front counter which had two young ladies whom seem preoccupied behind their registers listening to loud music. I positioned myself between them on the opposite side of the counter. I waited for about 20 seconds without being noticed so I said hello twice. The second time being loud enough for my voice to overcome the melody that was playing. One of the clerks answered my request if they had anything for hives. She looked to her left at an older womansweeping up also looked to her right out of my view for the answer which was novocain from a knowledgeable person and she verbally gave that message to the clerk behind the counter who politely came around the counter to the shelves and handed me the product. It was a cream that I didn’t want. So I asked for the pill for and she retrieved it for me. I asked her what was the difference and she said it was the same. Which it wasn’t. I’m a locomotive Engineer and the pill form has sedative qualities in it. I had to ask them to turn the music down as I couldn’t hear what the clerk was saying that I had to pay. Which was 3 times as much. Poor little me I guess I just didn’t feel valued in this place of business. No big deal What’s one lost customer! ~b

Best pharmacy in Yonkers NY. Great services and Fast delivery. They have great staff and friendly. Located in Great plaza with restaurants and stores. Great commute by bus and very close to bunch of medical facilities. ~Ray
