Costco Tire Center

Very poor service. I git tires here, and had a flat tire few months later. I called them on a Monday afternoon to enquire about the procedure to get the flat fixed under warranty. The tire center rep put me on hold and after waiting for 20 minutes, I hung up! I called the administrative staff to complain and their explanation was that the tire center was extremely busy. Well, shouldn't they hire more staff to meet the increased demand? Apparently "they don't do that". I have to think hard about going back to this Costco for tires. ~Vasudevan
