Best auto parts store in Castle Hayne, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I was looking for a place to get an inspection done. When I first walked in, I was greated by the technician behind the counter. He was very pleasant. He took my keys and registration. I proceeded to look around the store to pass time (they had waiting area with tv available). I was able to stroll through the store once and on my second pass I was told my vehicle was ready. I was really shocked at how fast they were! I was quickly checked out by Amy (she had a customer service card in front of the register with her picture and name on it). She was very friendly and had polite conversation with me. I felt very comfortable while there and absolutely no one tried to up-sale me on anything - which was great! Just an overall pleasant experience! ~Peter
