Circle K always reminds me of my first days of driving growing up in Central Florida. Yesterday I had to take my elderly mother to the hospital in Elkin, North Carolina. We passed a Circle K with Shell Gasoline lees than 1/5 mile away. After the procedure we stopped at the convenience store. I had all three of my lawn equipment gas cans in the way back of my mom’s 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. Fuel was 37 cents less expensive than in the town we have property in just one hour away over the mountain. I filled my fuel cans and the suv. Now, when I went inside to buy some drinks I used the mens room. It was clean but the plumber should refund any charges that applied to installing the toilet. We were slum lords as I was growing up. I have never seen an installation as wonky as the stall I used. ~Gary

I had the pleasure of being helped by a lady named Jessie . She was so very friendly, polite , respectful and knowledgeable of her store and products. I now shop at this specific dollar general because of the wonderful experience that Jessie made possible. I suggest going to see her and the other fine associates at Dollar General . ~Jason

I was told Friday that my script would be ready Saturday ( I live in Irredell County). So I go Saturday and they said that I couldn't pick it up til Sunday. So my caregiver goes by today, Monday, to pick it up and they said they were out of that medicine until the truck comes in around 3- 3:30. Why in the heck wasn't the it filled when they said I could get it the first time????? They crapped me out of around 20 pills a few months ago and didn't realize it until I got to the beach and had already taken a few days off my medicine.. There have been a few times they have been so wrong over things and I have been so tempted to take my business elsewhere but hard to find certain medicines. Lord, how I pray they can get better. ~Laura

My mother used to sew for this place, she was one of their contractors. I think it's funny how they mention that they pay their seamstress very well. Somehow I don't feel that paying someone $10.00 to sew a jacket that ends up selling for over a $100.00 is very fair at all. Also, their products isn't all that it's made out to be. I have seen my mom have to cut out yards of fabric because of dog urine and mold. Not very safe for those that have allergy's if you want the truth. ~Claudia

Prices are average they can be good at times going to my wife. Employees of always been kind. However size selection leaves a little to be desired. Place always seems to be clean so can't complain there. ~Thomas
