My car was sent to Gerber collision and glass for assessment after an accident, and unfortunately, although it was totaled the customer service that I received from Susan at the front and Paul in the back was phenomenal. Both Susan and Paul are extremely sweet and accommodating, and went above and beyond to help me collect the remaining things I needed for my vehicle.
