I brought my iPhone to have the battery replaced. I was treated with a happy face, patience, and helpful information. When I told her I would wait in my car right in front of the store, she gladly volunteered to bring it out to me(noticing I was having a bit of trouble with my knees). And it was done in less than the time they told me. The new battery seems to have been the fix needed. She told me to let her know if I experience any problems in the next few days. I am so appreciative of both the excellent service and the kindness and respect. I highly recommend CPR for your cell phone needs. ~Julia

I’ve had a regular groomer but currently she has a three month wait. My dog could not wait that long, so I found Reggie’s. He fit my dog in the next day. I will be using as my groomer going forward. I believe he is a dog whisperer. My dog was calm. His grooming was excellent! My dog is a 90 pound long hair collie. Loved the entire experience. ~Janet

This specific location makes customer service their number one priority. They go above and beyond to exceed not only the industry standards but the customers expectations! Pat the manager and Tammy not only understand what customer service is they perform it with every customer!I have never experienced customer service at this level at any other bank nor retail industry for that matter. ~Fran

We had a walk-in appointment with Hannah, she was the sweetest and very knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend her to anybody that needs a little extra assistance! ~Savannah

The staff at this location is the nicest every single time I go. They always give my kiddos lollipops and are sweet to them, and gave my pooch a pupcup with a dog bone. So cute. Coffee is good everytime, but keep going back for the staff! ~Krista

Clean! Not busy at 7:45am. Cashier mostly friendly and attentive, moved on to the next customer before I was finished. Just a mistake, no biggie. Everyone was pleasant, including the person labeling the shelves that I asked directions from. I also appreciate that the price labels show how much per unit to more easily compare prices. I've avoided Food Lion for quite some time (getting picky in my old age) but this one changed my mind for the above reasons. Will return! ~Glenn

Had items I was looking for. Cashier was friendly. Visit on October 19th and very little Halloween and limited Fall/Thanksgiving. Alresdy putting out Christmas items. Guess gifts bags are an item no longer available in bulk as the store had next to none and the area where they used to be displayed is now other merchandise. ~Mindy

I don't know what happened here a few months ago, but they have gotten rid of all their old employees and have hired awful people to replace them. They are so rude, so lazy, they answer personal calls in front of you and use profanity. Almost every time I have come in, there is a line of people while the manager is standing at one of the registers doing nothing, and then an older woman is at the other register trying to take care of everyone. I don't know what the past employees did that you replaced all of them but it does not seem like you made good choices as a company ~Melissa
