This store has come a long way. They really have cleaned it up the last 6 months. The staff is also very nice.

We come to the store at 7:30 and they was close they supposed to close at 10:00 pm but looks like some one is in there in but the door is close we wait for about 25 minutes and no one show up

I was surprised to see the variety of cold & frozen foods in Family Dollar. It is a quick stop for a ready meal. Prices were competitive.

I don't know what happened here a few months ago, but they have gotten rid of all their old employees and have hired awful people to replace them. They are so rude, so lazy, they answer personal calls in front of you and use profanity. Almost every time I have come in, there is a line of people while the manager is standing at one of the registers doing nothing, and then an older woman is at the other register trying to take care of everyone. I don't know what the past employees did that you replaced all of them but it does not seem like you made good choices as a company

Horrible!!! The store is closed again this is the 5th time I went n there closed I suffered a stroke can't work or drive so my money has to stretch n getting a ride. The DM is a joke he doesn't show up nor return calls!!! You don't leave your employees nor your customers hanging. Oh n they gonna be closed for the rest of the week apperantly!!! Time to find a new store that's realizable.

Manager is awesome. Store is clean. Have a decent selection. I've been to family dollar stores that just weren't great, but this one is an exception to that. It's my go to store.

Staff is great for the exception of the new manager, older male with no hair and refuses to speak. The workers are always helpful, love the clearance items and wish there were more. Great place!

Very disappointed with the variety of product that this particular Family Dollar store (Located on Idlewild rd. In the Hemby Bridge area.)has in their invetory. They did not carry any kind of product to ease static electric caused from a dryer and the material your clothes are made. Also other items that are more popular were hard to locate, the whole layout of the store seems to be off so if you are on a lunch break from work I would advise to shop else where or wait until you are off the clock.
