Best cosmetics store in Kernersville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Horrific customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment to get some work done on my car. When I showed up for the scheduled appointment I was told that they couldn’t fit me in and to come back the first of the week which he scheduled me for a Monday. Wrote my name down on his calendar for the day that was rescheduled. When I show up he wasn’t there and all the other people supposedly working were sitting around in the garage. Not one person came to speak to me so even though I was there in person. I had to call the shop to speak with someone. Finally the owner shows up 30 minutes later as he had said on the phone. Then proceeds to tell me he can’t fit me in AGAIN and to come back next week and he’ll take care of my vehicle. After 2 failed scheduled appointments, I’ll take my money elsewhere. ~Shaun
