The reason I'm giving a 1 star is because I went into the store today and was followed around like I was trying to steal something and it was other ladies in the sore who was white but was not followed. I use to work at Cato and the manager from the Eden store would follow people of color and insinuate that they maybe stealing but they wasn't. I will never spend my money in the Eden store again and I will never go back into the Madison store. ~Samantha

Had to wait in drive thru for 20 mins only had 2 cars in front of me. I could see their orders and none of them were big. Ordered Fries with now salt. I thought since it took so long my food would be good and hot NOT!. It only took about 5 mins to get home. Was really disappointed my food was so cold. I mean it wasn't even warm. My fries were under cooked cold and nasty. I use to love Burger King but I will not be returning in the near future. I understand about how food places are short handed I work in the food business but this was just plan terrible and sure wasn't worth $23.00 ~Marilyn

Tried using a Wal-Mart gift card at the pump in the cold cold. Kept cancelling my order. After about 8 minutes finally the attendant come outside to inform us about the machine not working properly outside so she said she can do it inside. I gave her the card and got back in my vehicle. Very disappointed with this experience. They're cashier's/attendants need to be better at paying attention and helping serve y'alls customers. ~Johnny
