The guy really nice but was absolutely no help... he was getting paid to do a job that I actually did myself at home with a little effort and time and if I could figure it out, he should have known how to do it immediately, so do it yourself YouTube it, Google it, do anything you have to do but do it yourself ,no sense in taking it in...
