Dr. Chad does a great job of laying out a realistic, structured plan of action towards your journey to feeling/functioning at 100%. With his recommended exercises and manual therapy, I have improved tremendously and feel much more confident and stable lifting heavier weights and moving about my daily activities with no more pain! I have hit multiple personal records for my lifts, which I didn't think was possible at this time nursing a back injury! Highly recommend, but you have to do the work (exercises) as prescribed for best results! ~Carol
