Lidl
I love this place! New and clean store. The isles are stocked well and they keep a good rotation. Seasonal items have their own spot. Easy to shop with nice new shopping carts and wide isles. The bakery bread is on point! All good! ~Bill
T.J. Maxx
Camden was my cashier. He was very polite. He saw me looking at the phone chargers while in line to check out. Asked me did I fine what I was looking for and I told him I couldn't find a size c cord. He said we have them and went right over there and found it. I told him thank you very much. He is a very sweet person. ~Tammy

Dirty Dogs Spa
I just moved to the area and was looking for a self grooming location. I googled and found Dirty Dogs Spa in Wake Forest. The owner Vanessa let me know over the phone the price, what they provided, and all I needed to do was bring my dirty dog. When I arrived she showed me how to use everything, where everything was located, the table I could use to clip and style my dog, and the safety of using the tools. I’m so excited I found this place and how nice and friendly everyone was. Everything was clean and for it to be a place with constant wet fur babies, it didn’t smell like it. They also have a little shop with cookies, treats, and cute collars. Hawk and I will definitely be regulars. If I could give this review more than 5 ⭐️ I would. ~Mrs
The UPS Store
First off, I am a small business owner who has used many UPS stores before (Coral Springs, FL, Clayton, NC, etc.) to help run our business. We have always had a great experience. Today I walked in with some packages (prepaid) and the employee pointed at the counter for me to drop them. I left and went next door to a supermarket. Suddenly, the employee shows up, puts my USPS packages in my shopping cart in the middle of the produce department, then says "we don't take post office stuff." I guess that's the policy. I have no problem with that, at all. It hasn't been an issue at any other UPS store we have ever used, but okay. I do have an issue with how it was done. I was embarrassed. To me, this is not good customer service. He was clearly angry and not being customer-centric. Come over, let me know I should stop by on my way out as some packages didn't qualify, whatever. For us, the end result is we won't likely be back. Too bad, really, as it was a convenient place to do everything. ~Scot
Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Heritage Village
Two of the pharmacists at this location were incredibly rude to me. I have had good experiences there in the past, but the last time I went, it was terrible. It doesn't take a lot to be nice and answer a few questions. And a bit of human decency and kindness isn't too much to ask, I would think. I will never go there again. There are plenty of other pharmacies. Don't waste your time going to this one. No one should have to be treated this way. ~dominic
