I had two large boxes so I asked for a handcart. I was told that there are handcarts, but none are available. No one made any attempt to clear a cart or to help me bring the boxes in the store. This was the most trifling thing that I have seen in awhile. These lazies do not deserve my business.

After reading the comments made by the owner to those who had a problem, I'm not even going to try this place. Talk about rude and inconsiderate... you must hire people exactly like you, absolutely no customer service. UPS should pull your franchise.

Ok, last time I checked it is customers who bring packages to you at ups , so that you can stay in business and keep shipping..( would it hurt to be a little nicer)..the drivers do not get enough credit, they keep things moving !! Thanks Drivers !! would been higher score, but paying for a piece of TAPE, ARE YOU FOR REAL, U P S , is a shipping company correct 😉? Is tape part of shipping ? Just asking... First off, I am a small business owner who has used many UPS stores before (Coral Springs, FL, Clayton, NC, etc.) to help run our business. We have always had a great experience. Today I walked in with some packages (prepaid) and the employee pointed at the counter for me to drop them. I left and went next door to a supermarket. Suddenly, the employee shows up, puts my USPS packages in my shopping cart in the middle of the produce department, then says "we don't take post office stuff." I guess that's the policy. I have no problem with that, at all. It hasn't been an issue at any other UPS store we have ever used, but okay. I do have an issue with how it was done. I was embarrassed. To me, this is not good customer service. He was clearly angry and not being customer-centric. Come over, let me know I should stop by on my way out as some packages didn't qualify, whatever. For us, the end result is we won't likely be back. Too bad, really, as it was a convenient place to do everything.

Was returning a package from amazon. They wanted to be difficult to help return my items. All I need was tape to secure them together. After arguing with them i was told to never comeback to the store. I took my items to a different store paid $5 and shipped my items off.

I have going to this UPS store since it opened. Not once have I been asked for an ID. When I asked why I was informed it is store policy, That it may be a bomb. I shipped a Get Well Card. I got a copy of the policy and the mangers number to follow up. The ID request is absurd. Get Well

The customer service is terrible and the workers are extremely rude. As a teenager going in to send out a package for a parent, I didn’t expect so much disrespect towards me being a teenager and a girl. Many subtle comments were made regarding my gender and how it would be done better if I was a man. While they were subtlety said, they were clear and very rude. I’ve never gotten so much disrespect from a worker or a store.

I don’t know who needs to take care of this, but someone (or many) in that store needs a serious "come to Jesus" lesson about personal hygiene. I’ve used this store a couple of times in the past when I needed to get something out quickly, but after todays experience, I will not be returning. The place is toxic to the nostrils and on top of that, the manager is a completely rude person who should be ashamed of having a job in customer service. Such a condescending tone in every sentence he spoke to me. The only nice one in that store is the girl that works there. She should be the manager because she understand empathy, respect, and meeting the customer’s needs while following UPS standards and delivering a great experience. The manager or "lead" (Caucasian man with glasses and a beard) needs to find another profession. Maybe something in IT where he never has to have consumer facing moments. Terrible store. Won’t return until it’s deep cleaned from toxic smells and horrible customer service.
