I had issue with my medical mutual and Aurora CVS. Medical mutual is no longer contracted with CVS, so I had to have all medications transferred to Walgreens in Aurora. CVS was not helpful nor did they even offer for me to pay out of pocket for my medication which I really needed went to Walgreens, they got my medication transferred to them. I appreciate the pharmacists and staff very much. Please to everyone out there be kind to healthcare workers no matter their field. They are over worked, stressed out they also get sick and have to deal with rude people on a daily basis. Take a breath and be kind. I came from healthcare, so I know. ~Jamie

This store was clean, organized, and the staff were friendly. I will say that their options are pretty lacking and the store in general is just not very full. Which isn't a huge problem, but can make it feel a bit underwhelming. Other than that, I will say they did have some decent shoe selection. Worth stopping in if you like NB shoes. ~Samantha

Excellent customer service!!! At Famous Footwear in Aurora I purchased $80 Asics running shoes for my daughter on August 3, 2022 for her to wear for cross country practices & meets. She doesn’t wear them to school or for play, just cross country. She came home today with these holes in the shoes. I called Asics, their policy is to fill out the online warranty form, wait 3-5 business days for a possible approval & then receive an online credit to purchase another pair to be delivered in another 3-5 business days. She has daily practice & 2 meets this week and it didn’t seem she could go that long in these shoes. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Chris. He explained that store policy doesn’t allow returns or exchanges of shoes that have been worn, but if I couldn’t get anywhere with Asics, to bring them into the store and he would see what he could do. I did call Asics back with the same results. I brought the shoes into the store and Chris couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. He agreed that 5week old shoes shouldn’t be showing that kind of wear & tear and fully refunded my purchase, even applied a coupon for me to purchase another pair for her. As assistant manager he has the discretion to make exceptions to policy when warranted. Thank you to Chris for helping us out and to Famous Footwear for allowing their managers to make real time decisions to accommodate their customers. Thank you! ~Terri

Always has great produce. The store is clean and shelves are stocked and organized. The prepared food is good tasting. The sushi bar is my favorite. I can't give 5 stars some of the employees are way too cranky. Hopefully in your shopping you get a happy lady! ~Michelle

Dollar Tree is an interesting store. The Greeting Card selection is reason enough to do a little shopping here. One can also find smaller quantities of brand name items as well as other products. Handy for single people not looking to buy Family-Sized quantities. A pleasant experience. ~loreen
