I was in the store, selected my mattress, paid and out the door under 20mins! There was no hassling trying to get me to purchase a mattress I didn't want. I went in the store with an ideal price, I paid $20 more than I wanted, but I had the wiggle room to do that. Both gentlemen were pleasant and spoke when I entered the store.
