Outstanding customer service and quality! I went in to add more bass to my wife's Yukon XL Factory Bose System. These guys had every opportunity to upsell me another $500+ no questions asked, but they asked what we wanted and what we listened to, then strongly suggested the best option to achieve that without blowing the budget. Then, by stroke of luck, they were able to fit us in for a while you wait install and tolerated my 4 gremlins rolling around in their office chairs and playing with the wall of demonstration speakers for an hour. Final install looks great and does everything we wanted it to do for well-under budget. I'm trying to convince my wife to let me use the rest of the budget to take my old work truck in. ~Daniel
