I picked up a last minute U-Haul. And Trent was the gentleman I worked with both for picked up from and delivered to. He was such a great guy to deal with during my stressful time. If I ever need another vehicle I am definitely going to Trent!!! ~Britt

We had the DOC sensors stuck on the thread, asked J&P if they could have availability for same day service, they said bring it in, sure we can. Once there we realized this is a clean, highly professional and a very well organized shop. We got our sensors replaced in no time. This subway does NOT make subs how they are required. They cut costs by putting less meat on the sliced meat subs. I am reporting them to corporate for this. Multiple different times with different subs, all foot longs, they use 1 little roll of meat for the entire sandwich. ~SoUhave

I don’t even bank through KeyBank, I stopped to pull out money for my trip from the ATM and was given almost $200 less than what I requested. After a month of fighting with my own bank and KeyBank, they are refusing to give me my money. I counted the money as it was pulled and went directly inside and talked to a General Manager, who told me “they believed me” and they couldnt open the ATM for a week to count it. it’s ridiculous that after a month, I’m still not receiving my money back and I have to pay for KeyBanks mistakes. I would not recommend KeyBank, especially in Fostoria. Save yourself the trouble, they apparently needed $180 more than I did. ~Darian

The staff are fine,but most of my scripts are automatically refilled,and when my doctor sends in my scripts there almost always not in stock.and being a diabetic this is a concerning to me,sometimes I have to wait 4-5 days to get my insulin!! ~David

it's a Krogers... never had any issues shopping here, self checkout folks are always nice, much better than big city Tol Kroger, shopping later in the evening can help for people that don't want to be there for the rush. If you don't like shopping, just order groceries thru an app or something. ~Samantha
