This store is another complete train wreck like the two in Findlay, and the one in North Baltimore. It is obvious that corporate leadership at Arbys is poor. How else would THREE stores within 20 miles of each other be so miserable to experience ? And they want to start delivery ???!!! How about trying to run your stores first, having them open during posted hours, and not putting out food that is unfit for a vulture ? ~Chad

Employees are very fun but professional. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a highly motivated employee. They are knowledgeable about their merchandise and will help you find whatever you need. (i.e. furniture, house appliance, or electronics and gaming). If you need anything for your home or thinking about getting a gift for someone special, I'd recommend stopping by Rent-A-Center in Tiffin. They're sure to help you make a decision without feeling forced into making a purchase. ~Ricardo

My carrier seems to refuse to pick up my mail anytime I try to send anything. First time he looked at the note I left on it then cussed at it and left it on my porch. Mind you the note just stated that this was a package and to have a great day. I only know this because I had a doorbell cam. Now I put letters out and he refuses to pick them up. Can't call and talk to an actual person, the service is beyond pathetic. ~Crafty

There are not enough words to express the gratitude we feel to the wonderful team at Tri County. The care and advice that was given saved my dogs life. After a life saving surgery in Columbus that was recommended by Doctor Stacey, our dog is expected to live a long and happy life, and is home now recovering. The compassion and extra help they gave us was above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for saving Cocoa! ~Kelli

Horrible experience, walked in w a digital coupon lady watched me redeem it (there’s a time limit) and can only be redeemed inside certain stores, this gas station was the first option, anyway she watched me redeem the coupon and I asked for the cigs I wanted then she looked at me and said WE DONT TAKE THOSE in a super nasty tone, so yeah don’t go here to redeem digital coupons even if the app tells you honesty don’t go here at all! Horrible weird customer service, the employees are miserable especially the older lady w white hair, just a true disgusting woman that definitely treats others w ZERO RESPECT!! These owners could do way better ~Mira
