There are not enough words to express the gratitude we feel to the wonderful team at Tri County. The care and advice that was given saved my dogs life. After a life saving surgery in Columbus that was recommended by Doctor Stacey, our dog is expected to live a long and happy life, and is home now recovering. The compassion and extra help they gave us was above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for saving Cocoa!

A great place to take your pet. We have been talking our pets here for almost 20 years. Dr Stacy is a great vet and very friendly. We had an after hours emergency on a Sunday night and he treated our dog with care. If you're looking for a great place to care for your animals, this is the place!

My dog was a new patient and they were able to get us in the very next day after calling. The staff was so very warm and pleasant that it really helped ease my nerves. The doctor came out and spoke to us about what the issues were and was very knowledgeable and warm. He's been doing this a long time and it really shows. Everyone was professional but caring. I will definitely be recommending Tri County Vet to anyone who has pets!

Well to start they are not completely terrible. They have ok prices service is mostly good. The reason i have such a low score is when other vets opened up this one still refused to let you in even with a mask. I am sorry i want to be there when you do anything with my animal. This is why i changed vets i now drive 35 min away vers 10 min but i can go inside and see what they are actually doing

My family loves Tri County. We took our German Shepherd, Brody here until the very end. They were amazing with him, and they're amazing with our mini Aussie, Poppy (who has a bit of an attitude). They're always so patient and caring, and overall very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tri County!

Usually gets need in pretty fast. Last time I went there, the 'receptionist' didn't seem too pet friendly. Just a vibe I got from her. Not bad on pricing. Glad to have a local vet, even if it's 1 of 3 😀

Very nice clinic that actually cares about the animals. We've had to make an emergency visit at 10 pm and the doctor didn't seem bothered to go in that late at all and was very friendly and caring with our pet. They are a little on the pricey side compared to other places but you get what you pay for.

I won't say that my experience was bad, but it was not good. Several people there were friendly, however I was surprised at how little they did to actually help our dog. Researching what the problem was online before arriving, we had a basic understanding of the issue and took a guess at the problem. Upon arrival, they took the dogs temp, but did nothing else. The vet seemed almost afraid to touch our dog and we basically rolled the puppy back and forth to show him what the problem was. He confirmed what we thought was the problem, sold us some antibiotics for the dog and some ear drops for the ear infection. Nothing was done to clean the dogs ears. They recommended we cut away some matted hair behind the ear (due to having the cone on the dogs head for the past month) rather than simply cut it away for us - other vets we have been to have always been very hands on with our dog and cut fur/nails/brushed teeth and so forth. We went to this one because he was conveniently within reach ... so my experience wasn't bad, but there seemed to be little to no effort on their part to make me have any desire to go back. They didn't express much amount of caring.... they were not rude, they just didn't seem to try very hard.
