I'm switching pharmacies because everytime a script is sent to them it's never ready. Doctor sent script in the morning; not ready almost 10 hours later.I was told to come back in an hour then it was still not ready. Went back next morning & told wasnt ready again & to come back in 2 hours. No apologies just attitude when told to come back. Spend more money on gas driving back & forth than the 31 cents the script cost I also want to add that the pharmacy employee was loud when telling a customer in front of me in line that his script wasnt ready. She let everyone know what his script was & I'm sure he was embarrassed because it definitely was one that shouldn't have been broadcasted!! ~Joni

Why are the employees so miserable and rude. I understand that I misunderstood the coupon I had but there is a way of going about explaining something to a customer without being nasty and talking at them and not to them. Love the store but horrible customer service. This experience is making me consider never going back. Hire better people. ~Taryn

I have always banked with them, never had much by way of complaints, except perhaps that they close too early for me to actually go inside if I needed to. Also a plus that that Huntington as a company allows legal CHL / CCW holders to carry inside, so I know that my deposit or withdrawal will be safe from those with ill intent. But this is Hartville, a mostly quiet area, and I am not too worried. ~Bufosmixes
