9 times out of 10 the pharmacy staff have an attitude and are extremely rude. If your prescription expires don’t expect them to call your Doctor’s office for a new one. They won’t even bother to tell you about it. I was told by a pharmacy technician that they just wait for you to call them to figure out what’s going on, and then they’ll tell you to call your Doctor so a new script can be sent to them. If you need to get prior authorization for a medicine, don’t expect them to do anything about that either. They’ll just let the script sit there and wait for you to call in about it. Then it’s your job once again to call your Doctor about it. I worked as a pharmacy technician and it is part of the job to contact Doctors about prescriptions needing to be filled. It shouldn’t be the patient’s responsibility. This place is awful. 08/14/19 - UPDATE Received a refill on a prescription that had pills with the wrong dosage mixed in. Thankfully I caught it before I took any. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. 09/23/19 - UPDATE Picked up my refill today and an ENTIRE bottle had the wrong dosage of medication. The negligence of this pharmacy is unbelievable.

I'm switching pharmacies because everytime a script is sent to them it's never ready. Doctor sent script in the morning; not ready almost 10 hours later.I was told to come back in an hour then it was still not ready. Went back next morning & told wasnt ready again & to come back in 2 hours. No apologies just attitude when told to come back. Spend more money on gas driving back & forth than the 31 cents the script cost I also want to add that the pharmacy employee was loud when telling a customer in front of me in line that his script wasnt ready. She let everyone know what his script was & I'm sure he was embarrassed because it definitely was one that shouldn't have been broadcasted!!

Wow all of the bad reviews and not one response from management!! It all makes sense. I sent in a photo to be made into a bamboo board print. I got one made at another CVS once and it was beautiful so I wanted to make one for my aunt who just lost her husband. I got a notification that it was ready for pickup so I went to get it and the young girl (who was really nice, just young and on her own and not trained properly) bring me the print. I explained to her it was supposed to be a bamboo print and she said “I know I’m sorry but I don’t know how to do it only my manager does and she went home sick”. 😳😳😳 That manager is totally unprofessional. Leaving a young untrained employee on her own and making her deal with situations that are above her pay grade. I was going to see my aunt and I was so excited to give her the photo. I just had to stop and get her something different which was really disappointing

I went to this cvs to have a COVID test that was scheduled ahead of time. When I arrived there was a semi truck completely Blocking the drive through driveway. I went in and politely asked what I should do. The front desk girl went to the back where they were unloading the truck and I followed since she didn’t say where she was going. Someone who works there walked up to me and shouted “we have to unload this truck”. I asked again “I’m here for a COVID test. What should I do?” She again started shouting about unloading the truck and told me to go around it. I tried to explain that the truck was parked across the entire entrance and there was a curb and embankment so I couldn’t go around. She just kept shouting over me. I ended up backing up through the exit the length of the building to get the COVID test because no one seemed to want to answer my simple question about what they wanted me to do. Other people were sitting in their cars waiting for the truck to move. The lady at the window who did the test was very nice. When I told her what happened the pharmacist laughed and seemed to find it amusing. The whole thing was just handled poorly. I wasn’t telling our telling them not to unload the truck. I was simply there for a scheduled appointment and asking where I should go.

This is the worst CVS location ever to exist. They once gave me someone else’s prescription and then yelled at me when I tried to return it to get my own prescription. They are extremely rude and miserable 24/7. They never update their inventory to accurately reflect what their website says they have in stock. This place is pathetic.

I don't understand why you people feel the need to be so rude. My parents were in line at the pharmacy window, I pulled up to them to see what the doctor said as my mom has been having some issues for several days. Some rude girl from inside came out and said I could not pull down by the pharmacy window the way I did as it is a hazard. Um so you are trying to tell me I did something wrong when there are no signs stating you can't drive that way and yet it isn't a hazard to have the CVS truck block an entrance like it was. Why can't people just be happy!

DON'T SHOP HERE! Over priced EVERYTHING! Had a prescription that should have been free (is literally any other pharmacy I go to) but they tried charging me even with my insurance. Don't pay their employees enough. Disgusting business practice.

Every time I have been to this pharmacy, I have had very unfriendly people. It’s as though I’m bothering them by even walking up to the counter. A simple hello goes a long way. I was very happy and relieved to have Pano help me today. He was friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy staff were very unprofessional and actually told a customer ‘I’ll be happy when this day is over’ and ‘how do they expect us to several jobs at once’. As I sat and waited for prescriptions, I overheard them complaining about their job the whole time. Needless to say I left and will go back at another time to pick them up, hopefully with staff who enjoy what they do. If you’re not happy, find another job.
