Came here with some questions about my account and was directed to the branch manager I believe her name was Christina. After about 20 minutes of looking into my account she was unable to resolve my issue. She took down my email and stated she would contact me by end of business day. That was now 9 days ago. Not only will I be writing the bank in regards to her service, I will also be switching banks due to her lack of service. There is a gentleman that works there though his name is Scott and he is fantastic. I have never left the bank with an issue unresolved when he was assisting. If He happened to be at another branch I suppose I could stay with PNC but the lack of security knowing that a branch manager can't even return a call or send out an email is a little unsettling. I would visit the oakwood location prior to attempting to go back into this location and get anything taken care of. ~Pamela

Extremely pleasant experience. Quick to make sure my needs or questions were answered or met. Explained policy details. I have always used a different rental company,thanks to my granddaughter who lives over 10 hours away, and booked Budget instead (who's over an hour away from me,) I am hooked on going through Budget now. Affordable, accommodating and I will be going back in the future for further travels or vacation needs. Thank you ~Faye
