My husband and I went in to look. I had shopped online to have a starting point. Amy was our salesperson, and she was great! She had us look at multiple options giving us details with every mattress. This was a great bank when it was Lorain National Bank, now it's changed to Northwest and it's the worst ever. I have always used Lorain National and have always had a great experience. Ever since it changed names they changed everything. My business account has thousands of dollars a week transactions but my deposits are only posted the first couple days of the week. Usually by the end of the week my deposits are showing as deposited but not added to my balance leaving me overdrawn in my account. $35 for each over draft fee totaling over $2600 they stole from my family business just in the months of October, November and December. I will be moving my personal and business accounts to another bank soon. And if you are looking for a loan, personal or business you might as well forget about asking this bank. We have over a half of million dollars in assets and properties and they won't even talk to us about a $150k business loan to improve our business that's been in downtown Lorain for over 42 years. This bank must be working along side the crooked leadership of city hall looking to close up and run everyone out of this city. ~Dennis

Not once but TWICE were we refused drinks even though we had our DD214s on file and had a KEY CARD!!! The bar tenders refused to serve us 2x because they didnt "recognize " us! We are United States military veterans with DD 214s on File in YOUR club!! We walked out and will never return. We WILL also contact the District Commander. I have never been treated so badly...not once but 2 different times there by the same 2 bartenders. Mortified being a United States military veteran WITH a military card in my wallet to show and renewing my 2021 membership. NEVER RETURNING. ~Marilynne

On pump # 7 I had to visually gage how much to put in because it clicked each time like I reached the limit and I'll barely put $3 in on a almost empty tank and it repeated each time ever $3 till I got to 35.00 ~lea

A National Bank with the atmosphere of a local Savings & Loan. Really community oriented. They greet you by your name and treat you like family. You couldn't ask for a more personal Banking experience... ~bee

I aways order a pizza with something other than the standard so they have to make fresh,these guys did a great job got it exactly right best big box pizza I've had in a while. That's double pepperoni, the way it should be!!!!! ~Vpozzie
