Worst experience ever I had a delivery with this Lorain domino’s and literally when my food arrived the boxes were broken the ranch was all over the food and the “MANAGER “ probably need some training on customer service. 06/09/2022

I ordered my food it came super-fast, and I was happy. I started eating my food it was raw in the middle. I called to let them know my food wasn't cooked all the way. The girl on the phone said " I don't know how your food was raw when it goes through a 500-degree oven. She honestly made me feel like I was lying and made me feel stupid. She told me she could give me a free credit but after saying what she said I just hung up. I understand there are rushes and everything is time based but no one should eat raw food.

I ordered BBQ wings and received them, though the problem was how they didn't resemble the display image, not even in the slightest. They drizzled the barbecue sauce on the chicken, not coating it entirely, and it didn't taste or look like it was cooked thoroughly.

They are completely rude as heck! I ordered a $30 order when I called to let them know that what I received was wrong the person was rude as ever and like they didn’t care that I had a house full of kids waiting to eat. I didn’t even get an apology for it !!!!

Took 45 min. To get here.over cooked light on cheese and toppings and was over priced I have been a long time customer of Domino's was one of the first at the Broadway store but after moving to Sheffield lake not very satisfied with the product think I will get closer my location like Marco's

How df you take someone's hard earn money and don't give a refund if pizza wasn't delivered i hope you're family suffers and this is for the manager who says its policy not to get a refund for a food that was not delivered don't worry I will get my money back and get ready for corporate ill make sure you get shut down I got time buddy

Incredibly friendly staff. My family and I stopped to grab a quick bite and the workers were very nice and had our food ready incredibly fast. Great first impression! Would definitely come back

This is supposed to be the spinach and feta pizza and it’s horrible I can’t even pick it up I’ve had it before and it was amazing the other pizza doesn’t even have any sauce on it looks like it was out of a squirt bottle.
