Best italian restaurant in New Lebanon, Ohio (OH) 2024

One of the worse.. pore customer service, was given the wrong order, and it had a food allergy issue on top of that. Laugh at when I brought it back. The so called shift lead said they could remake it but would take 45 mins. Ridiculous it takes 3-5 days to refund payment when they can take it in seconds. Was sent to the manger of the store and they didn’t even pick up the phone. Will never go here again and I will definitely be telling all my friends, family and people I know to stay away. ~L
