Harley is usually not in the office but lives nearby. Call his cell phone number listed on the door and he will come over. I rented for Thanksgiving a 15' truck and he was going out of town during my return date. He allowed me to drop it off at Modern Auto up the street. I used to get all my U-Hauls at the Space Place until they stopped carrying them. I now will be getting all my U-Hauls from Harley. I highly recommend him. If you pre-order he can usually get the equipment you need. ~Mark
