Manager Lauren Underwood exhibited some of the most disrespectful and atrocious customer service experiences I have ever encountered. For months I have been trying to cancel my membership because Anytime defaulted on their end of the contract. They do not offer the number of classes and equipment in the contract I signed. Gym no longer works for my lifestyle. Lauren was entirely insensitive and proceeded to push repeatedly to extend my membership. I explicitly stated that I will never work out in this establish ever again, I will not take a single class, I have no reason to come back. She was extremely disrespectful in handling my request. She continuously blamed it on "being a new manager". Anytime has failed to hire competent and respectful employees who understand and care about their personnel. I do not recommend a membership here. ~Blair

They used to be very good but as of late they've been nothing but issues screwing up checks fraudulent activities they screwed up and the locations keep closing not recommended ~John

I have no words, first and last time going to Take 5, the prices are ridiculously high, for a simple oil change, 75$ the cheapest, the most I have paid is 30$, they cannot say that the prices are the same in other places because in another place they only charge 35$ And I know because a month ago I was planning to change my oil somewhere else in Painesville for $35 cuz I went in person to ask, I didn't want to because it was by appointment they had the week booked and I wanted it the same day, Take 5 did a good job on timing, employees where super nice and professional but I only took 5 on learning my lesson by appointment it's better and cheaper at that other place. Will go back to take 5 if they lower their price, service was super fast and all that but prices are way to expensive. I’m Super disappointed Service: Oil change ~Jennifer

Since they got the new owners I think they're absolutely wonderful the ladies that work there are so friendly and so polite I enjoy going in there and talking to them and if I need anything and they don't have it they make sure they do get it I just enjoy going there ~Amanda

I ended up in Painesville randomly one day and decided to stop into Rite aid to kill time since I had never been before, and I was impressed. Everything was well organized and I had no trouble finding things I didn't realize I needed. Would definitely come back! ~Tricia
