Since they got the new owners I think they're absolutely wonderful the ladies that work there are so friendly and so polite I enjoy going in there and talking to them and if I need anything and they don't have it they make sure they do get it I just enjoy going there

Before the owner switch, this place was welcoming and everything was fresh and good quality. The workers were once treated good and paid decently. Now, the workers are required to work holidays with no holiday pay and workers cannot use the bathroom, the owner will think they’re stealing. The food is recycled for multiple days. They sell expired products and the place smells awful.

I wish I could give a great review but unfortunately I can't.. I've been coming to this store since I was a young child, alot of people still come here because it's close , local and bottom line one of the only original neighborhood stores still standing in this area.. with the exception of a few great employees is really the only good thing still going for this particular establishment I've witnessed customers mistakenly overcharged, not to mention the treatment of someof the customers is beyond horrendous.i understand times have changed,but this is no excuse for the people to be treated like we are beneath them.. because some of us have been in this neighborhood for most, if not all our lives. I really hope the owners of this store read and respect the reviews coming from the people that live in Thiscommunity and communicate with the employees on how things are being handled.. because with out our AMERICAN DOLLAR there would be no business.and alot of us are fed up with the lack of respect for the very customers that keep this store running. of course the customer isn't always right,but in some cases, if the customers all agree that something needs to be changed wouldn't you take that into consideration? Money isn't everything especially when you're not dedicated to making a change for the good... Hopefully there will be changes or I definitely will not be coming back here.. along with alot of other customers..

I remember going in there when andy and his son ran the store the new owners are ok accept i dont Like going In there being ask to many personal questions Like how many times i take a shower not there business am nor homeless i do work and live by myself

This is best place to go if you service with an attitude. You would think that when ask a simple question, you would not get thrown out of the story. I made a call, and the manager will deal with this Monday.

Excellent Business, Nice Customer service, clean place, what else is there to say. This place is the bomb 💣 Everyday I come to this place and eat some chicken. Harry's is the best place in the town!!!😃😁🙂👍

Whenever my husband, Rj the barber from one cut above, and i go to this store, we're always welcomed when we walk in the door and have great service. Andy, who i believe is the manager, is a pleasure to see n talk to everytime we come. He as well as the other employees keep the store nice and clean and neat and stocked. They all are very sweet and nice people neither my husband or myself have ever had an issue or complaint. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you for being such a great part of our community!

Their fountain pop has been out of order since the new owners took over. They keep saying they're going to fix it soon, but I know this isn't true (the same thing happened at the Convenient in the Mentor Headlands). They keep getting rid of items that people enjoy buying, like certain desserts and cotton candy. The fried chicken is very small, and the grilled chicken salads aren't as fresh or full as they once were. I'm noticing a disturbing trend: every time certain people take over these kinds of stores, they get rid of all of the good, fun stuff and raise prices. Meanwhile the sizes get smaller. I'm not a racist, I'm just being brutally honest.

I work in the city and go to Harry's almost everyday. Love the customer service there always happy to see people and greet customers with a smile everyday!! highly recommend this store great food coffee is always hot.

One of my favorite stores in the area! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Not to mention the fried catfish and chicken is the bomb!! Most important I hit instant lottery in there quite often 🤗
