Marc's is OK. They got some good sturdy bags now and check out lines are faster it seems. Place seems cleaner, more organized. I like Marc's. 💯🇺🇸☝

Would really like to know if there is any training that goes on in these stores. Today bought a spray cleaner that leaked that I lost half of the bottle. Thank goodness that it was separate from my food. SMH. I was a cashier for over thirteen years and we were told to check that all lids were secured that came thru especially on cleaning products. Guess I am going to have to find another place to shop.

Despite advertising that they take Apple Pay, it DOES NOT WORK AT THIS MARC’S. Buyer beware. And yes, I tried my iPhone and Apple Watch, on different days, different cash registers. Does not work. Yet they merrily advertise it on their doors. 🤬 Update August 2021: Looks like they finally got their machines working. Apple Pay finally works here.

You know, I've been a Marc's fan from the start, but this past year, I've been disappointed many times. I got a package of cookies a few months ago, got home, went to open them a few days later and saw they were outdated. I took them back (no receipt..who have thought to keep it for food?), and some punk manager about 18 comes up and says I can't refund it without a receipt. I say I don't want a refund, I'll be happy with a replacement. He says he needs have my debit card so he can check to see if I bought this flipping 2.98 bag of cookies. Why would I lie about 2.98? So I go to the counter, grab a bag that's also outdated, and say there you go. I got my cookies..lol Now with covid they've raised their prices higher than Giant Eagle, or is it because they take debit cards?

It was crowded and confusing. You have to get your cart in front of the registers ,then fight your way past everyone who was trying to leave after paying for there groceries. The congestion did not stop till the produce department. While checking out the beer I was trying to purchase was priced wrong($8.99) and I was not impressed with the Manager's response. She said " l do not care what it said on the posted tag,State minimum is what it rang up at"($10.99) . She could have phrased it more professional. I will be going to a different location.....

Always nice helpful staff. Love the deli. Best meats and cheeses and really good prices. They carry pizzelles year round! Stock several Ohio made pasta sauces. Stancato's is closest to my Italian husband's own homemade sauce and comes in several varieties. The checkout time can sometimes require patience but it's worth the trip. Usually the best prices on soft drinks too. Check the weekly ads. They change on Wednesday.

I am not a huge fan of Marc's but I was told to give it a try. Their prices were great, and they have really cleaned up since I was last in a Marc's years ago. No one wants to falk about necessary things like TP, we all use ut, and I usually go to Walmart for things like that. Today, Marc's had a 30pk of Charmin TP for $14.99 which the identical thing at Walmart was $28.99. I saw that the store was clean, the shelves seemed organized. I will give it another try or so and see if this was a fluke or how things are nowadays!

Great deals , clean store with helpful nice people working. Lots of seasonal items. Great place for kids party supplies, hard to get parking space at times. I always find deals here and end up spending more then I was going to. But always worth it.

Tiffany H was checker and had the worst attitude. Every Saturday we have lunch then check out what we can find in isle 1 or lovingly referred to as the junk isle. She repeatedly double rang us, even on bread, that scans. Twice the manager came over to delete. The second time she turned her head away to whisper at the manager. Her attitude started with ringing me 14 items in the 12 item checkout. I bought 4 reusable bags to load my bounty, if not I would have been under the 12 item limit. Then she rang a wire basket for 9.99 because that was pre printed on the sticker from a different store they bought at liquidation. She pointed fingers of fault at the nice ladies who work that isle and said it happens often because they should be crossing out that label. I asked why she would ring a tag she knew wasn't there's. Then she just got angrier that she had to wait on a manager to void and said, "they make nothing easy around here." I still love Marc's stores but stay away from Tiffany H.
