I wanted to give an 0 to this pharmacy. I went to pick up a very standard antibiotic with my 6 month-old baby who had an ear infection and was in high fever. Another context is that we recently switched to a different insurance. The staff was cold and explained that she couldn't prepare the antibiotic because the insurance was rejected. After being told about the change in insurance, she said she needed time to fix the insurance in the system and I should come back in 45 minutes to pick up the antibiotic. So 45 minutes later, she told me that they don't have the antibiotic in stock and she offered to order it for me tomorrow (Seriously?). I was enraged that she didn't call me (she said she did but to a phone # that we've never used - area code was local but we never have a local number so I don't believe her) or told me about not having the med the first time when I came. She was cold with a little bit irritation. If she could be a little bit humane, I wouldn't be this angry despite what happened. I don't appreciate the service and will never come back. ~Ding

I’ve bought from Igor twice and have been disappointed both times. The first was a lens that was supposedly in “Ex” condition, but had coating separation. The second was a Leica that was advertised as “CLA’d”, but the preview lever didn’t even work. Both times I had to send it back and the worst part is that he doesn’t even refund you the shipping costs, so I’m out nearly $120 from both interactions. If you’re going to make a mistake in your condition grading, then you should own up to it and cover the shipping costs. Not to mention, his communication is spotty and rude. I’ve had better experiences buying from random people on RFF and Fred Miranda. I won’t be buying from him again. ~Steven

I was a with my younger brother who was clearly upset, and frustrated. She not only calmed down the situation but she was able to help me find us both some dope shoes and tops to match. Wanted to place an order online. I sent an email inquiring about their $8.50 charge to mail 50 small grommets to PA with a 3-10 day lead time. For reference, the grommets would fit in a small envelope and weigh next to nothing. I never received a response. Disappointed. ~Gerald

It's sad how everything in Solon is the worst of its kind. Worst BK in the country, worst Chipotle in the country, worst drivers in Cleveland. And now the worst 7/11. Went in 2 days in a row and they were out of Big Gulp cups. I can understand 1 day, but to not know after doing inventory that you need to stock up and being out of one of your best selling items 2 days in a row is a level of incompetence I can only be amazed by. To make things worse the 2 employees are lazy Gen Z losers that probably weren't qualified to work anywhere else. ~James
