Best pharmacy in Solon, Ohio (OH) 2024

I wanted to give an 0 to this pharmacy. I went to pick up a very standard antibiotic with my 6 month-old baby who had an ear infection and was in high fever. Another context is that we recently switched to a different insurance. The staff was cold and explained that she couldn't prepare the antibiotic because the insurance was rejected. After being told about the change in insurance, she said she needed time to fix the insurance in the system and I should come back in 45 minutes to pick up the antibiotic. So 45 minutes later, she told me that they don't have the antibiotic in stock and she offered to order it for me tomorrow (Seriously?). I was enraged that she didn't call me (she said she did but to a phone # that we've never used - area code was local but we never have a local number so I don't believe her) or told me about not having the med the first time when I came. She was cold with a little bit irritation. If she could be a little bit humane, I wouldn't be this angry despite what happened. I don't appreciate the service and will never come back. ~Ding
