About 8 years ago, I only used this car wash. I always had a great experience with the automatic wash, and the manual wash areas were always clean, and everything worked. So the other day, we were in the area and needed to get all the junk from a berry tree and the birds sitting in it off the car. It was pretty bad, but I remember the auto wash always impressing me, so we paid for the most expensive wash. As we are pulling out of the car wash, I realized there was still a lot of junk on my windows. So stopped to get gas, and once I got out and saw the car, I was surprised to see that the $12 we spent didn't even get 25% of the junk off the car. I was disappointed. I ended up driving to the Wishy Washy car wash and did the $10 wash instead of the top tier wash since I had already spent most of the cash I had on hand. What do you know? There, automatic wash removed 95% of everything left on the car, with the exception of a few berries. I fully believe had we went there first and did the top tier wash the car would have been 100% Clean. I definitely felt like we wasted the $12 spent here. Don't plan on returning. ~Travis

I’ve been taking my car to Ziebart for annual service for years and the experience has varied. This year the service and quality exceeded my expectations and they did a great job. The current team seems to be very well managed. ~Lisa

I drove 25 minutes to pay $26 just to have the outside of my car washed :( I was excited I could take my toddler with me while my car was cleaned inside and out. I know it was a mess but for almost $30 and 50 minute round trip it was unfortunately a waste of my time! There was so much unattended to especially between the doors and the seats. With all the positive reviews and a referral I was very surprised! ~CHiNa

This is solely based on my experience today. The young man who is working the shift today was trying to overcharge me... 2 for $2 cans of coke and 2 .79¢ black n molds plus tax is only $3.83....he was trying to charge me $ 5.83. if you have signs posted that's what the price should be. I should not have to explain what the prices are if you are the ones who put up the signage. I've been visiting this gas station for as long as it's been built and I've never had this bad of customer service before. He doesn't even try to understand to correct it he just gets an attitude. ~Latisha

I set foot in the store for the first time and immediately made a beeline for the amazing yellow blouse with flowers…and they had my size! Speaking of sizing, it is often hard for me to find boutique clothing because they are usually is geared towards smaller women, so it was refreshing to find that this store had traditional women’s sizes and plenty of them. ~Natalie

Awesome but no really cheap place. They do have actual cats running around their store. So if your allergic I advise you not to enter. They got a upstairs room full of plants and antiques. A lot of breakable values and little space. ~Selena
