Scheduled service was an Interior Detail. When I received the car back, there was still visible dirt, hair, and debris in seats by buckles, on floor, and plastic surfaces. Also a strong chemical odor from the cleaning process lingered in the car for multiple days following. Not likely to use Ziebart again. Not a high quality service provided.

Amy was very helpful and clearly explained the benefits as well as limitations of the different options. I had the windows tinted, rust protection, and ceramic Zgloss applied to the paint of my brand new truck and it looks better than it did in the showroom. The finish is like mirrored glass. Very professional and friendly staff. I got the Total Package, Diamond Gloss, Paint Protection Film, Undercoating,& Underbody Sound Barrier on my new truck. This Ziebart is the best one in Ohio!
