Best auto repair shop in Youngstown, Ohio (OH) 2025

If I could give zero stars I would. The people there are rude and can't even get off their phone to do their jobs! You call and ask for a supervisor and you get cussed at by the supervisor for having a bad experience EVERY TIME you go there. They can't even be bothered to tell you your total. ~Jessica

Went In one day and it was cold inside while I waited for my car and the front desk lady Mrs. D gave me her personal heater and turned the heat up in the office, when I say above and beyond her duties. The owner is an amazing man great personality and wonderful customer service, he paid great attention to details about the upkeep I have been doing to my car. GREAT EYE.
