I've had a storage unit here on a couple of different occasions and they are always friendly and accommodating. They sell packing supplies and locks and always greet you with a smile and offer you a cold drink. Highly recommended! ~Tambra

Went to napa store. I was not immediately contacted by salesperson. Salesperson took a phone call before helping me. When he finally helped me he was not able to give me what I needed as they do not stock much and as to order a lot of stuff. Poor customer service. ~Walter

I went there got my hair cut and absolutely hated it, even cried. I felt really bad because I made the young lady feel awful and she wouldn't take my money. I'm going back again for my next cut!! ~Melissa
