Went to napa store. I was not immediately contacted by salesperson. Salesperson took a phone call before helping me. When he finally helped me he was not able to give me what I needed as they do not stock much and as to order a lot of stuff. Poor customer service.

Last time I was here looking for parts the man behind the counter, treated me absolutely the rudest I have ever been. Instead of helping me find the part or one that would work told me to just use wire or find a salvage yard. Thank goodness for O'Rileys in Vinita they saved the day. And had the correct parts.

Jay is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I try to go there, for all my automotive needs. Sometimes just for advice. They'll even install the windshield wiper blades for me. I don't know why it's so difficult for me.

Unfortunately my 1980 Camaro had thrown a fan belt down the road, luckaly this Napa stocked the proper belt, and if it handnt been for a oil pan hole that I missed I would have made it all the way home, super nice guy and would recommend the locals go here
