Best personal trainer in Lawton, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I would highly recommend Anytime Fitness on East Gore. The facility is clean, the equipment is in good service. The gym is typically not super busy where you can't enjoy working out nor do you have to wait for machines very long. The trainer, Jason, is awesome. He has tools and the knowledge to help you reach your fitness goal. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me progress towards my goals in light of previous old and new injuries without causing further injury. He will modify or abandon certain exercises to avoid injury. He has also been able to help my athletic children and their friends improve their conditioning. I have met the other trainer, Abby. She has been helpful to answer questions if needed on my non-training days. Jason, Abby, and Kency are friendly and very helpful. I live on the west side of town and it is worth the drive to the East side of town! ~Shavon
