Service is trash in the area and if you kept your number from the previous company, good luck. They are trying to charge an extra $45 fee to let a 75 year old man to keep his same number switching to straight talk. And he has had that number for 20 years ~Cody

Rent-A-Center has a great staff. They have really nice furniture for affordable payments. They deliver, pick up, and set up everything for you. They also have game systems, laptops, and even cell phones! I was surprised to find out all the different things they offer and all the different payment plans to help their customers if they get into a tight financial situation. ~Ariel

I left this Verizon upset last week. I went to the store instead of doing my business on the app to get personalized help to get exactly what my family needed while also supporting local people. These girls are not here to help what’s financially best for your family. They’re here to try to sell you the most they can, they definitely have money signs in their eyes. Not only did I not get everything I wanted, I also got an extra connection fee that I had to call Verizon to get it taken off because they couldn’t do it in the store. My bill is now higher and both my old phone and my husbands new phone seem off. Beware of going to this store for personalized care. Might as well do it on the app and get a better deal. ~Maggie
