Tracee is just what I needed. She came to my home and measured and we talked about my style. She respected my budget (big plus) and made sure I liked the furniture ( NOT pushy) She was so kind and patient with me. I’m very indecisive. Believe me she helped me tremendously. I visited Village Tactical for the first time last week and let me tell you it surprised me. I have lots of compliments to give but I will try to resume it into one word in how they treated me as a brand new customer and how they treat the regulars because they were calling each other by name. Very disappointed in my 17:10 visit today. At 31 I was basically refused the sale of Malt beverages because he said my “ID was invalid” and that it was the law that it had to scan. Which it has every other time I’ve been in the store specifically. I do have a MO drivers license. That is in fact valid until 2026. It was likely a system issue but was still refused after I drove so far to get here. And purchased other items as well. Should be some type of override when this sort of issue arises. Not just toss your customer to the side and disappoint. Very sad that they also think it’s the law. The law is that a valid ID is required, not that it’s required to be scanned. Lack of training. Lack of knowledge. ~Dr.
