Very disappointed in my 17:10 visit today. At 31 I was basically refused the sale of Malt beverages because he said my “ID was invalid” and that it was the law that it had to scan. Which it has every other time I’ve been in the store specifically. I do have a MO drivers license. That is in fact valid until 2026. It was likely a system issue but was still refused after I drove so far to get here. And purchased other items as well. Should be some type of override when this sort of issue arises. Not just toss your customer to the side and disappoint. Very sad that they also think it’s the law. The law is that a valid ID is required, not that it’s required to be scanned. Lack of training. Lack of knowledge.

Man with black and red puma tennis shoes very nice, out of creamer and was already frustrated with bad day but he was extremely nice and helpful and his tone of voice was very nice. Not used to that. Had quit coming so much last year because of rude people but staff now are very nice

Typically like oncue, great staff, good selection and prices$. This place is the worst, insulting staff, rude, not trained cashiers, so much so, it can only be a reflection of the management at this location. Avoid this location, the compe711or across the road is a better way to spend your money.

Just made a purchase that I didn’t have enough small bills for so I had to break $100 and this apparently upset Rodney. He first says I’m lucky he has change (at a million dollar store??) and literally threw my money at me 03-02-2022 at 7:15 p.m. cst. I’m sure it’s on video.

Despite pushing the button at the pump multiple times for a problem with the screen on the pump freezing, all I got were intermittent mumbles. I had to lock my car and hike up to the register to find the attitude was no more helpful in person. This is the third time I have had problems with the pay at the pump function and unhelpful employees at this location. My advice? Skip this store and keep driving!

The cashier that was helping me out around this time around 10pm ish at night she's a white elderly looking women is very racist and ignorant, she spoke to me like i did not even understand what she was saying she told me if i was not american i was not going to get any service what so ever! I do not understand how oncue lets people like this work for them!

Great place to fill up, grab a snack, and get cash from the ATM. One thing I love about OnCue is the continuous cover from the pumps to the building. You don't have to bake in the sun or walk over a radiating concrete parking lot to get inside from the pumps. Place is always immaculately clean. Staff are always very pleasant at OnCue.
